Abstract

OBJECTIVE: To investigation to an accident of occupational trichloroethylene explosion and analyze the clinical datas.

METHODS: An investigation was carried out on the explosion of trichloroethylene in a place in shandong province in June 2016, and the clinical data of 4 patients with trichloroethylene poisoning were analyzed.

RESULTS: The incident is caused by irregularities in workers, 4 patients were characterized by different levels of the respiratory system, nervous system, liver, and skin lesions. Among them, respiratory system damage was more prominent, mainly manifested as chemical bronchitis and pneumonia, after positive rescue and treatment all recovered and discharged.

CONCLUSIONS: Trichloroethylene leak can cause severe ex-plosion accidents, can cause workers of the respiratory system, nervous system, liver and skin lesions, mainly glucocorticoids comprehensive therapy has good curative effect.

目的: 报道一起职业性三氯乙烯爆炸泄漏事故并对临床资料进行分析。 方法: 对2016年6月发生在山东某地的一起三氯乙烯爆炸泄漏事故进行分析,同时对4例三氯乙烯中毒患者的临床资料进行总结。 结果: 该事件是由于作业工人违规操作造成,4例患者表现为不同程度的呼吸系统、神经系统、肝脏及皮肤损害,其中呼吸系统损害较为突出,主要表现为化学性支气管炎及肺炎,经过积极的抢救治疗均痊愈出院。 结论: 三氯乙烯爆炸泄漏引起作业工人的呼吸系统、神经系统、肝脏和皮肤损害,以糖皮质激素为主的综合治疗具有较好的效果。.
