Abstract

In order to safely drive a car, it is necessary that the area of ​​"cognition, prediction, judgment, or operation" is sufficiently kept. For the evaluation of driving safety, we combine neuropsychological examination, driving simulator, fellow passenger's evaluation, actual vehicle evaluation as appropriate. Regarding the cognitive functional area, we evaluate areas such as general intelligence, memory, performance function, auditory-language function, emotion control, centering on caution function and visuospatial cognition function.

Vernacular Abstract

安全な自動車運転を行っていくためには，「認知，予測，判断，又は操作」の領域が十分に保たれていることが必要である．運転安全性の評価には，神経心理学的検査，運転シミュレータ，同乗者による評価，実車による評価を適宜組み合わせていく．認知機能領域に関しては，注意機能と視空間認知機能を中心に，一般的知能，記憶，遂行機能，聴覚―言語機能，感情コントロールといった領域を評価する．
