Abstract

The reform of China's spatial planning involves system redesign based on new understanding of the ecological civilization system.It responds to all kinds of spatial planning problems.As understanding of spatial planning deepens,the reform of planning is further carried forward.Combined with three pilot projects on provincial spatial planning,urban and rural "multiple planning integration",and urban growth boundary,the progress and shortcomings of spatial planning practice are explored.The paper also analyzes the logical relationship,legal relationship and system relationship of spatial planning reform.
