Abstract

Freight transportation management focused on the preparation and implementation of credible plans for goods delivery from suppliers to consumers. Transportation schedules are often violated due to objective reasons: technical malfunctions, traffic cause, the untimely and incomplete release of vehicles on the line and the human factor also. Effective functioning of the technological process of freight transportation is impossible without taking into account the human factor. An important element of the technological process, which has a significant impact on the efficiency of the entire process, is the choice of time norms for the execution of the process. These operations are performed with the participation of the driver and the timeliness of this performance depends on him. Due to this, the optimal technological parameters of freight transportation can be evaluated considering the driver's state. The research aims at assessing the change in the transportation speed on the route considering the driver's state. The transportation speed is described as a function of the factors characterizing the truck, transportation technology, traffic conditions for truck and drivers. The driver's state is assessed based on the analysis of the change in their cardiogram when performing the transportation process. Once assessed the influence of each considerable factor on the transportation speed, it is possible to evaluate the parameters of the transportation technology, which are optimal from schedules limitation of driver. The results of the conducted research allow identifying the model of the change in the service speed on the routes considering the driver's state, which can be used for designing the overall parameters of the technological process of freight transportation.
