Abstract

Over a third of doctors think that bullying, undermining, or harassment is a problem at their main place of work, which some say seriously affects their personal and working lives, a BMA survey has found.1

In the survey of 7887 UK doctors 10% said that there was “often” a problem with bullying, undermining, or harassment in their workplace, and 29% thought that these were an issue “sometimes.”
