Abstract

The authors regret failing to incorporate the following corrections:

Y-Axis labels of Fig. 1 "per 1,000,000 population" should be "per 100,000 population";

(2)

In −2 L, page 166, "AAPC for males: − 2.7%, 95%CI − 1.5, 7.2″ should be "AAPC for males: 2.7%, 95%CI − 1.5, 7.2″;

(3)

Y-Axis labels of Fig. 2 "per 1,000, 000″ should be "per 100,000″;

(4)

Legends on Fig. 3 "Urban-M/F” and “Rural-M/F" should be switched.
