Abstract

The analysis and description of the following issues are given in the article: the technical base of a system for training drivers, disadvantages of the acting training programs for teaching the skills of driving on slippery roads, the structure and principle of work of the simulator stand for teaching drivers primary actions when driving an automobile in the case when steady and controlled movement is lost. In order to increase the level of security of road traffic in the process of training drivers-newcomers the method of anti-accident training is suggested with the use of a simulator stand of steady movement of an automobile. The structure of the simulator enables teaching the primary skills of driving an automobile and also skills of controlling it in the process of skidding on a slippery road. The model of a simulator provides means of imitating the position of a real automobile on a road when it loses its stability and training drivers safely and with least expenses in order to develop automatic behavior during skidding on a road.
