Abstract

Depending on the rise of drug use, the meaning of drug dependence and drug abuse (abusus) for the traffic medical accuracy is shown. As examples, these drug groups serve hypnotics / sedatives, analgesics and psychopharmacia (tranquillizers). The interactions between drug / drug, drug with alcohol and between drug and food were identified. On the difficulties of the present one drug labusus will be deduced. Emphasis is placed on the great responsibility of treating physician professionals to prevent the misuse of medicines by their patients.

Starting from an increase in drug consumption, the meaning of drug dependence and drug abuse for traffic medical fitness is pointed out. As example are taken such drug groups as hypnotics sedatives, analgetics and tranquillizers. Interactions between drug/drug, drug and alcohol, drug and food are reported. Difficulties of a proof of drug abuse are shown. The great responsibility of the surgeon is emphasized who is treating professional traffic participants in order to prevent drug abuse by his patients.


Ausgehend vom anstieg des medikamentenverbrauches wird auf die bedeutung der arzneimittelabhaengigkeit und des arzneimittelmissbrauches (abusus) fuer die verkehrsmedizinische tauglichkeit hingewiesen. Als beispiele dienen die arzneimittelgruppen hypnotika/sedativa, analgetika und psychopharmaka (tranquillizer). Es werden die wechselwirkungen zwischen arzneimittel/arzneimittel, arzneimittel mit alkohol und zwischen arznei- und nahrungsmitteln dargestellt. Auf die schwierigkeiten des nachweises eines arzneimittelabusus wird hingewiesen. Betont wird die grosse verantwortung, die der professionelle verkehrsteilnehmer behandelnde arzt hat, um den missbrauch von arzneimitteln durch seine patienten zu verhindern.
