Abstract

This report clarified the actual situation of disaster response of Kure City Volunteer Fire Department Tennou Squad and Yasuurauchinoumi Squad in the case of heavy rain in July 2018. As a result, (1) the volunteer fire department tended to have the same activities for sediment disaster response and flood damage response. (2) The same activities of the two squad were evacuation guidance, flood prevention activities, rescue activities, search for missing persons, and recovery activities.
