Abstract

Based on the requirements of management, utilizing GPS/Internet transfer/GIS platform and information management system, this paper proposes to design the architecture of commercial vehicle surveillance platform and also analyze the related technologies, in order to solve the problems like overspeed, overload and driving fatigue.
