Abstract
|
OBJECTIVE: To systematically evaluate and integrate the real experience of burn patients during the rehabilitation period, and to provide theoretical guidance for the continual nursing care for burn patients.
Method: Using the method of systematic review, using "burns/burn patients", "experience/cognition/feeling", "qualitative research/phenomenological research/qualitative research/descriptive research/rooted theory" as Chinese search terms, search for " China Knowledge Network, "Wanfang Database", "Chinese Biomedical Literature Database"; "burn/burns", "rehabilitation/recovery/survivor/survive", "experience /views/perceptions/", "qualitative/phenomenon/interview/ "grounded theory" is an English search term, searched for "PubMed", "Embase", "CINAHL", "PsycINFO", and "Cochrane Library" to collect relevant qualitative studies on the real experience of burn patients during the recovery period from the establishment of the database to June 2020. The quality of the included literature was evaluated according to the quality evaluation standard of the qualitative research of the JBI Evidence-based Health Care Center. Statistical research countries, research methods, research objects, research content, main results of the research, and the use of a collection integration method to meta-integrate the research results.
Results: A total of 12 studies were included, and the quality of the 12 studies was grade B. The studies were conducted in 8 countries including Australia, Canada, Norway, etc., the research methods mainly were phenomenological research method, and all the studies were focused on adult burn patients. A total of 46 specific themes were extracted with totally 10 new categories formed after summarization, and 3 integrated results were obtained as follows: burn patients were suffered from both physical and psychological burdens, and their normal life was broken; burn patients gained post-traumatic growth and could actively adjust to cope with life difficulties; burn patients had multiple needs.
Conclusions: Burn patients experience both physical and psychological pains during the rehabilitation period, so they long for multiple support from family and society. Medical staff, social groups, and family members should pay attention to the psychological experience and needs of burn patients with different characteristics during the rehabilitation period, build a multi-directional social support system to help patients return to the society and rebuild their lives.

目的
系统评价和整合烧伤患者康复期的真实体验，为烧伤患者的延续性护理提供理论指导。
方法
采用系统评价的方法，以"烧伤/烧伤患者"、"体验/认知/感受"、"质性研究/现象学研究/定性研究/描述性质性研究/扎根理论"为中文检索词，检索《中国知网》《万方数据库》《中国生物医学文献数据库》；以"burn/burns"、"rehabilitation/recovery/survivor/survive"、"experience /views/perceptions/"、"qualitative/phenomenon/interview/grounded theory"为英文检索词，检索《PubMed》《Embase》《CINAHL》《PsycINFO》《Cochrane Library》，收集从建库至2020年6月收录的探讨烧伤患者康复期真实体验的相关质性研究。根据JBI循证卫生保健中心质性研究质量评价标准对纳入的文献进行质量评价。统计研究的国家、研究方法、研究对象、研究内容、研究的主要结果，并采用汇集性整合方法对研究结果进行荟萃整合。
结果
共纳入12篇文献，文献质量等级均为B级。纳入文献的研究国家包括澳大利亚、加拿大、挪威等8个国家，研究方法主要为现象学研究法，研究对象主要为成年烧伤患者。共提炼出46个明确的主题，归纳总结后形成10个新的类别，最终合成3个整合结果，包括烧伤患者承受躯体和心理的双重负担，生活常态被打破；烧伤患者获得创伤后成长，能够积极调整来应对生活困境；烧伤患者存在多重需求。
结论
烧伤患者在康复期经受躯体和心理的双重痛苦，渴望获得家庭、社会的多方支持。医护人员、社会团体及家庭应关注不同特征烧伤患者康复期的心理体验及需求，构建多方位社会支持系统以助力患者重返社会，重塑生活。
