Abstract

With rapid development of China's transportation system, there are more and more project cases near buried pipeline construction. Tunnel excavation can inevitably affect safety of buried pipeline. Here, to study safety of adjacent buried pipeline under coupling effect of tunnel excavation deformation and blasting disturbance, a pipe-soil-tunnel dynamic-static coupled model was established to analyze variation laws of stress and vibration velocity of buried pipeline under factors of pipeline internal pressure, surrounding rock elastic modulus, pipe-tunnel spacing and single segment maximum charge. Morris screening method was further introduced to evaluate and analyze influence degree of each factor. The results showed that pipeline stress and vibration velocity are most affected by pipeline internal pressure and single segment maximum charge; the peak stress of pipeline increases with increase in internal pressure, elastic modulus of surrounding rock and single segment charge and decrease in pipe-tunnel spacing; when the pipeline is far away from the area with peak value of tensile stress, compressive stress may appear under comprehensive influence of various parameters. © 2021, Journal of Vibration and Shock.
