Abstract

This article presents a model approach for child sexual abuse data management for centers that provide medical evaluations of suspected sexual abuse victims. The uses and advantages of this system are summarized and an example data entry form is provided. Information and guidelines for developing a computer database and for efficient entry of the data by clinical personnel are outlined.
