Abstract

A review on the intelligent transportation systems and tropical storm allison was presented. A series of interviews were conducted with Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) staff and relevant agencies. The consulting team examined available data, reviewed other agency reports on the storm and events and reviewed the TxDOT flood plan.
