Aims and Scope (from publisher): The UniSA Student Law Review was started in 2015 as an avenue for students to publish their academic work to the world at large, in partnership with outside academics and practitioners.

This Review aims to create a 'dialogue' between students and academics/practitioners via the 'lead article and response article' system.

Student articles form the 'lead article', while the 'response articles' by outside academics/practitioners are shorter in length, and aim to add a different perspective, viewpoint and opinion to the student article.
