Abstract

There seems little to comment about Rhine's investigations except their industry and their conscious sincerity. Instead of rigidly evaluating his data to determine the presence or non-presence of a principle, there is a tendency to assume its presence at all times and to add the assumption of counteracting factors in the failures.
