Abstract

This paper describes the modeling of information sources, communicated messages, and message processing for decision-making in air combat using the digital simulation model called Local Air Battle Simulation (LABS) developed by the McDonnell Aircraft Company (MCAIR) a division of McDonnell Douglas Corporation. Analysis of communication systems effectiveness is discussed.
