Abstract

A review of crash-victim modelling is presented. Various computer codes simulating crash-victim response are discussed. An historical sketch and a review of the state-of-the-art are given. A review of injury criteria is also given. A discussion of ergonomic applications is given. Finally, an outline of research opportunities in ergonomics analysis of crash-victims is presented.
