Abstract

At present the researches on train operation accident rescue are numerous, but they are merely limited to the level of rescue equipment, accident analysis and technical methods, failing to define the research content and framework from the angle of the system mechanism rescue principle and system structure. Aiming at those problems, the paper systemically constructs the research system of train operation accident rescue and divides it into three subsystems including the theoretic system, technology system and management and execution system from the aspects of rescue system planning, rescue management and rescue execution. Furthermore, the paper specifies and analyzes the relationship between the three subsystems and the content and framework of each of the subsystems. This provides references for planning, design, management and execution of railway accident rescue systems on site in China.
