Abstract

This article presents a report by the National Transportation Safety Board (N.T.S.B) on a collision involving two school buses in Knoxville, Tennessee in which 3 people died. The report provides information on the highway on which the crash occurred, vehicles involved, vehicle occupants, human factors in the crash, and overall probable cause.
