Abstract

The traffic conflict technique was used to predict and identify safety problems at 40, three-leg, unsignalized intersections in Amman, Jordan. The differences in the ranking order of the selected intersections were based on the similarity or difference in the geometric characteristics of the intersections as well as the entering traffic volumes.
