SafetyLit Searchable Archive

We have expanded the SafetyLit archive to include the complete backfiles (beginning with Volume 1, Issue 1) of several key journals from the injury prevention and safety promotion field. These include Accident Analysis and Prevention, Human Factors, IATSS Research, Injury Prevention, International Journal of Injury Control and Safety Promotion, Journal of Safety Research, Journal of Traffic Medicine, Safety Science, Traffic Injury Prevention, Transportation Human Factors, Transportation Research: Traffic Psychology and Behaviour, and other journals with a less-direct application to traffic safety.

The archive is currently searchable by author's last name and by textword. A searcher can limit a query to selected categories or to a range of years. To facilitate search queries for archival material we are developing a thesaurus of injury prevention and safety promotion concepts. More information about the development of this tool is available via an article published in the journal Safety Science.
